In this report we are dealing with a "gem" located in the tiny center of Ponderano, a stone's throw from Biella, which overlooks the street with 3 windows in 70s style.
Once inside, the impression is that of a well-kept place with tasteful furnishings and color combinations.
The tables in the room are well spaced and served by comfortable fabric-covered armchairs.
The walls are painted in an elegant burgundy color, well matched with the gray of the floors and the brushed silver of the false ceilings.
The large decorative cutlery hanging on one wall adds a touch of originality.
QB Ristorante deserves a high consideration among the gastronomic offers of the Biella area, representing a stimulating and gratifying stop of excellent seafood cuisine.
All the dishes coming out of the hands of Gianluca Cogo are of surprising elegance, balance and simplicity: a Chef who knows how to choose the product and knows how to treat it...
Truly an excellent level of fine dining.
Add to this a family-like service in the dining room, but absolutely perfect in terms of timing, manner, competence and discretion.
