The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Il Verbano - Isola dei Pescatori (VB)

Il Verbano, Hotel and Restaurant, is a pleasant "Boutique Hotel" located on the Isola dei Pescatori with a magnificent view of Lake Maggiore. Its gastronomic restaurant operates under the management of Chef Marco Sacco of Piccolo Lago. Once you reach Fishermen's Island in 5 minutes by boat, you will be welcomed in the reception room of the hotel.
The large rectangular dining room is characterized by the entire side wall with windows with a magnificent lake view. The atmosphere is that of a period villa with the typical Palladiana floor.
Il Verbano is a small corner of Paradise in which to taste signature cuisine, local and beyond, and then relax while experiencing the quiet and unparalleled magic of the Lake.
Here Chef Marco Sacco, from breakfast to lunch, from aperitif to an intimate and exclusive dinner, has prepared a journey of flavors that ranges from the most typical of the area, to be enjoyed both in the simplicity of traditional recipes and in the most refined and contemporary reinterpretations.
The gastronomic offer is top class, with a range of menus full of stimulating dishes that delight and convince.
It drinks very well, with the possibility of pairing by the glass.
