Located in Bastia, a very short distance from Albenga, the OrtOsteria René is the modern tavern created by BioVio with the aim of continuing the family tradition of hospitality and sharing the table and of passing on the most authentic peasant recipes through the valorisation of the products of the Albenga hinterland. The name OrtOsteria, a tribute to grandfather René, wants to remember the importance that the home garden had for every peasant family, from where the first fruits harvested were the true richness of the daily recipes. Quintilio - Altare (SV)

Quintilio, restaurant and inn since 1895, overlooks the main road of the town of Altare (a town in the Savona hinterland famous for glass, to which a museum is dedicated) a few hundred meters away from the Turin-Savona motorway toll booth.
The restaurant, which has more than 120 years of history, over the many years of operation has become one of the cornerstones of good cuisine in the Ligurian hinterland, increasingly renowned among gourmets. Today it is a truly refined fine-dining establishment which, despite the renovation, has retained a very strong identity.
The main dining room is modern and welcoming, elegant and minimalist. A second dining room, in which a notable collection of bottles is displayed, can be used for small groups who desire greater privacy.
Quintilio undoubtedly represents an obligatory choice to taste splendid cuisine from the Ligurian hinterland enriched by many Langa influences in a cozy and comfortable environment.
Among the proposals, there is no shortage of preparations of a high level of difficulty, such as foie gras, made with a happy hand: the restaurant therefore has all it takes to be worth a special trip by every gourmet enthusiast in search of quality and substance.
For us, Quintilio is a real "institution" of absolute excellence, for the excellent quality-price ratio, the cuisine and the exquisite hospitality.
