Giuseppe Oliveri and Umberto Speziale's Shoro Italian Sushi Experience is an original "Italian Sushi" (in the sense that it features admixtures with some typical regional ingredients and sauces) restaurant located in Poirino, in the province of Turin. The Japanese term Shoro means the bell tower of a Buddhist temple. The exterior equipped with a convenient parking lot is adorned with a Japanese maple tree. Shoro's interiors, inspired by oriental atmospheres, are bright and relaxing, with neutral colors and natural materials-the perfect setting for a sensory journey to discover a Japanese cuisine that is at times "alternative."
