Ristorante Luna is a typical Langhe trattoria taken over by partners Mirco Mollo and Maurizio Pagliarino, both of whom have previous level experience in the restaurant business. Autentico is located in Cherasco, Piedmont's snail capital, in the historic cellars of Palazzo Ormea, right in the center of town.
