Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Da Francesco restaurant is located in the heart of Cherasco, a beautiful medieval town born in 1243 on the Pianalto at the confluence of the Tanaro and Stura rivers, on the first floor of the ancient Palazzo Burotti di Scagnello overlooking the central Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II.
The magnificent dining room is decorated with frescoes by Pietro Paolo Operti, dated 1772, and with important Murano glass chandeliers.
The parquet floors, the perfectly calibrated lighting, the rigorous shapes of the modern chairs and the elegant but minimalist equipment perfectly perform the function of lightening the overall visual impact of the rooms, which are perfectly balanced, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Directly on the frescoed room, born as a ballroom, there is a second smaller room with an open kitchen.
