Arburent, Osteria di Confine - Castelnuovo Scrivia (AL)

The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Cascina Lautier - Chieri (TO)

Cascina Lautier is housed in an ancient 18th century manor house just a short distance from Chieri, situated in a spectacular panoramic position on the hillside with breathtaking views as far as the Alps. To reach it, you'll travel a long driveway that climbs from the main road.

The restaurant is divided into one large rectangular room, in which the fireplace, always lit during the winter season, and the beautiful majolica stoves stand out.

The terracotta floors, the ceilings decorated with circular soundproofing elements, the wide draperies and the well-spaced round tables characterize the furniture, completed by a red wardrobe at the entrance.

For the beauty of the location, the warmth of the welcome and an excellent cuisine based on tradition that does not disdain some hints of innovation, well calibrated and without excesses, Cascina Lautier is a very recommendable address.
