Situated in a secluded spot among the hills of Acquese, along the road that connects Acqui Terme to Sassello, the restaurant, which has been run by the Milano family for five generations and is a member of the "Premiate Trattorie Italiane", looks like a beautiful country house of sober elegance.

Since our last visit, the interior has been renovated, with new parquet floors and a large archway that gives movement to the ceilings.

The light-colored walls are adorned with fine art paintings, and the lighting relies on suspended halogens.


In warm weather, the outdoor patio, bordered by the vegetable garden that provides the kitchen with delicious raw materials, becomes very pleasant.

A visit to the Cacciatori Restaurant allows you to experience authentic home cooking, as it was done half a century ago, in a place that we do not hesitate to call refined for its studied simplicity.
