The Bistrot del Portico is located in a historical building of character in the center of Lanzo Torinese.
The interior has been renovated and tastefully furnished.
In the dining room you can see wooden shelves with many bottles, vaulted ceilings and exposed copper ventilation pipes.
Matteo Rossatto's cuisine is a real discovery: clean and precise flavors, calibrated to perfection, following to the letter the philosophy of taking away rather than adding, the result of painstaking precision and state-of-the-art technology in the (tiny) kitchen.
What arrives in the dining room are dishes with an unmistakable soul and identity, preparations that make you feel all the passion behind them, dishes inspired by tradition but strongly contemporary, with high school citations.
Chiara in the dining room contributes to the overall pleasure of the restaurant, bringing each dish to the table and explaining it with grace and competence.
The wine list is excellent, thanks to the excellent Cantina, which Matteo and Chiara run with great care.
