Velvet Bistrò Lounge is located in Bordighera, a stone's throw from the sea.

Under the management of Licia Casella, an infallible flair for spotting talent in the kitchen, the restaurant has progressively enriched its image with a growing profile which today has reached its peak with the presence of a champion like Massimo Viglietti.
At the entrance, a beautiful serving counter, the refrigerated wine cellar and a conversation corner with an old-fashioned leather sofa introduce an environment of refined relaxation.
Since the 2024, on our first visit, Velvet Bistrò Lounge already presented itself as a trendy Cocktail-Bar with Restaurant, enjoyable from early evening to after dinner, where the consumption of an excellent aperitif encouraged us to continue the experience with a series of "fine dining" style dishes... Today, with the arrival "on tiptoe" of a Great Italian Cuisine - Chef Massimo Viglietti - the gastronomic proposal has become a must indispensable, a real opportunity not to be missed, moreover accessible to all thanks to a prudent pricing policy.
The owner Licia Casella has always shown an infallible flair in acquiring the best Chef figures for her establishments, but this time she has really outdone herself, and we hope that the "sleepy" customers of the area will quickly realize that they have a champion like Massimo Viglietti just a stone's throw from their home and will be able to grasp the meaning and difference between simply dining out and experiencing a gastronomic experience of the highest caliber...
