Marco Polo - Ventimiglia (IM)

The Marco Polo restaurant, run for three generations by the Pani family, is located in a beautiful seafront position on the Ventimiglia promenade. The place is unmistakable: a building entirely made of wood, like a chalet, which stands out among the other signs of the beach establishments. The interiors are also completely made of wood: the overall atmosphere, warm and welcoming, may initially amaze with its originality in the context. The entrance precedes the two dining rooms. The main one has a rectangular plan, well-spaced tables and overlooks the private beach through large windows and a French door. In the kitchen there is Diego Pani, a young and concrete chef. Among his experiences, the kitchens of Vittorio Beltramelli, Joël Robuchon, Guy Savoy and three years at Louis XV in Monte Carlo together with Alain Ducasse. Scrap - Savona











Scrap, real food, live wine, is the modern osteria just opened in Savona, on the Darsena, by Chef Giacomo Faziola and his partner Caterina Panerati.
The eatery, which is also a trendy Vineria, overlooks a pedestrian plaza with its dehors.


The place has been very well renovated, making extensive use of noble materials such as wood and corten steel.

Parquet floors, vaulted ceilings with exposed brick, wooden tables served by Emu iron chairs, and lighting entrusted to arm sconces equipped with LED lamps are the furnishing elements that characterize Scrap.


At Scrap you will taste in a young and cozy environment contemporary and creative cuisine, open to the most up-to-date suggestions, such as the maturation of fish, that make each dish curious.

In his open kitchen Giacomo has fun and will keep you entertained!

The Cantina is to be applauded, with Caterina Panerati's choices focused exclusively on natural, organic and biodynamic wines, which makes each pairing unique in character that is not easily forgotten.
