The story of this splendid Asti Relais with gourmet restaurant began in 2016 with the intuition of the Brazilian footballer Hernanes, then with Juventus, who saw the potential of what was then a ruin on the hillside, fell in love with it and decided to restore it. He turned it into a "buen retiro" of warm hospitality, surrounded by his own vineyard: his home - Ca' del Profeta - to use the curious nickname given to him by a journalist who noticed that he often quoted the Bible in his interviews. The small reception area at the entrance, from which the staircase leads to the upper floor with the rooms, is decorated with the first of the paintings by the artist Anna Vinzi, which you will also find in the hall. The Bursch, family home of Milanese businesswoman Barbara Varese, is a country house and gourmet restaurant located a short distance from Biella. The original 17th century historical residence has been transformed into a house museum thanks to the careful conservative restoration of a large complex of interconnected stone buildings surrounded by a private park overlooking the Cervo stream. Bursch means "house" in the ancient Walser dialect of the Germanic people who once inhabited Valsesia. The Belvedere Restaurant in Pessinate, a small green hamlet in the municipality of Cantalupo Ligure, was founded in 1919 as Osteria Italia by Gianèn, the great-grandfather of Fabrizio and Serena Rebollini. In 1958 the grandparents Sunto and Sina built the present Belvedere, which is still run by the family, Fabrizio, Serena and mother Marisa. At the entrance you can admire a jukebox from the 1960s. The interior is structured in a large rectangular room, optically divided into two zones by the wardrobe. Amarea Ristorante Romolo Mare is located in Bordighera, in a privileged position, directly on the sea, at the end of the promenade. The Antica Osteria Ü Funtanin is located in a beautiful panoramic position at the entrance of the medieval village of Ventimiglia Alta. The restaurant Il Centro is located in the heart of Priocca, a small village in the Langhe, on the border of Roero. It has been run for over fifty years by the Cordero family, who took over the existing Osteria in 1956 with Pietro and Rita Cordero, who were succeeded by the new generation: Enrico and his wife Elide, an excellent cook, and their son Giampiero.
