Bino - Savona

Bino Restaurant enjoys a privileged location inside the Museum of Ceramics in Savona, in a very central area, right in front of the Bishop's Curia buildings. Crossing the threshold, the rooms are very bright and modern, the result of a tastefully done renovation. Thanks to its very special location, the venue lends itself to hosting artistic and cultural exhibitions, as well as events of interest and prestige in which cuisine and food culture are the protagonists. The restored work by Agenore Fabbri, "The Birth of Ceramics," stands out in the small room at the back, while numerous contemporary works have been placed on the shelves in the entrance area. Ristorante Belvedere 1919 - Pessinate (AL)

The Belvedere Restaurant in Pessinate, a small green hamlet in the municipality of Cantalupo Ligure, was founded in 1919 as Osteria Italia by Gianèn, the great-grandfather of Fabrizio and Serena Rebollini.
In 1958 the grandparents Sunto and Sina built the present Belvedere, which is still run by the family, Fabrizio, Serena and mother Marisa.
At the entrance you can admire a jukebox from the 1960s.
The interior is structured in a large rectangular room, optically divided into two zones by the wardrobe.
The rooms are well-kept and very welcoming in their simplicity, with a successful mix of disparate objects (old scales, colorful plastic chairs, the antique chest, the wine crates, the modern arched lamp, the beautiful tables and chairs hand-carved in wood) that create a personal, pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.
Part of the wall at the back of the room is taken up by the wine cellar, full of "goodies" from small and very small local producers.
The kitchen is run by the Rebollini sisters, Serena and Fabrizio, with the help of Roberto Sacco.
Restaurant Belvedere 1919 is an oasis of peace and a treasured address for local (and other) cuisine, where you will certainly not come by chance, despite being only 20 minutes from the Milan-Genoa highway.
Here you will find a traditional cuisine rich in authentic flavors, inspired by the territory of Val Borbera and its precious products, prepared with wisdom and great respect by Fabrizio and Serena Rebollini, two close siblings who have passionately followed in the footsteps of their great-grandparents with the historic first Osteria.
