The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Villa Somis - Torino











Villa Somis has an enchanting location, in a magnificent panoramic position on the hill of Turin, 5 minutes by car from the center.
The well-kept gardens that surround it, complemented by a Party Hall in the Villa, lend themselves perfectly to host events, conventions, banquets and weddings of the highest level


The classic furnishings are characterized by fine restored antique parquet, draped valances on the large windows and ceilings with crystal chandeliers.
Lighting is provided by wall sconces on the walls. The well-spaced round tables are set with both white tablecloths that go down to the floor and with grey "mollettoni", following a more trendy concept of mise en place.


Villa Somis is a unique and high class restaurant that deserves to be taken into consideration not only to organize banquets, events and weddings of high level but also to taste an excellent cuisine in an exceptional location.
The hand of Guido Roncolato, who has been for a long time the second of Stefano Chiodi Latini, has very solid technical basis and considerable inspiration. At Villa Somis we had a good time, pampered by the exquisite manners of a very attentive Elisabetta in the dining room, and by a tasting path of excellent level.
