Arburent, Osteria di Confine - Castelnuovo Scrivia (AL)

The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. LeoneFelice Vista Lago - Erbusco (BS)











The LeoneFelice Vista Lago restaurant is located in Erbusco within Albereta, one of the myths of the Italian Hôtellerie, owned by the Moretti family, who has transformed a noble villa into a luxury Relais in Franciacorta.

The curious name is a tribute to the caretaker and gardener of the estate before it turned into a hotel.


The furnishings of the restaurant have been redesigned by Valentina Moretti's MORE design studio to offer the best of L'Albereta style hospitality, which has always fascinated national and international clients.


Fabio Abbattista, in taking up the legacy of a master such as Gualtiero Marchesi at Albereta, has intelligently opted for a simple, fresh and concrete line of cuisine, aimed at enhancing the territory but also integrating it with the flavors and aromas of its South.

The result is definitely a gourmet restaurant but also very easy in an exceptional location.
It drinks well, thanks to a rich wine cellar enriched by Franciacorta Bellavista labels, a winery belonging to the owner.
