The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Voglia di Vino - Alba (CN)











Voglia di Vino, Restaurant and Inn, is based in Alba in the center, with its small terrace installed on the cobblestones of the street.
Born in 2014 as a winery by the hand of Luca Tirelli with his wife Daniela Stocchetti, it has evolved into a fully-fledged restaurant with the presence of a Chef, Marco d'Orfeo, young but with proven experience and personality.

Voglia di Vino is an excellent address in Alba both for the cuisine and for the pleasantness of a personal and trendy environment, which deviates a little from the usual canons of the gourmet city of the Langhe.
The hand of Marco d'Orfeo stands out in the kitchen, a very respectable curriculum in starred restaurants, author of traditional dishes and more, made with solid and mature technique and the use of excellent ingredients.
