The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Giachino Ristorante - Chivasso (TO)











Giachino Ristorante, the "A-typical" Piedmontese Trattoria with which the Giachino family continues in Chivasso, in a completely different location, the long path of excellence that began with the unforgettable Cascina Martini, is located in the center, in a strategic position a few kilometers from Turin is easily accessible from the motorway.
The well-kept and bright rooms are characterized by a post-industrial design. The two main dining rooms unfold from the bar counter with the cash desk, complemented by a convivial room.
That of the Giachino family is a cuisine of memory in which tradition becomes contemporary. When we talk about the Giachos, it is impossible not to remember the splendid Cascina Martini in which they have worked for many years: with the return to their Chivasso, the cut with the past has been clear and radical. What has not changed is the value of their cuisine, which indeed with the addition of the grill and the wood-burning oven for gourmet pizzas, has still gained in variety of the proposal, without prejudice to the proverbial quality that has made them famous and successful.
