Arburent, Osteria di Confine - Castelnuovo Scrivia (AL)

The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Ottocentodieci - Sannazzaro de' Burgondi (PV)

Ottocentodieci is the gastronomic restaurant of the Hotel Eridano, located in Sannazzaro de 'Burgondi, a small town in Pavia in the Lomellina region. It owes its name to the 810 kilometers that separate the two different territories, the Campanian one of origin of the Property and that of Lomellina in which it is based..

The dining room, the subject of a recent restyling which also involved the extension of the kitchen, is modern, cozy and welcoming.

At the Ottocentodieci restaurant you will experience a beautiful game of reciprocal references to two cultures of food rich in tradition such as that of Lomellina and that of Campania.

Rigels Tepshi practices a cuisine rich in talent and technique, solid and mature: one perceives a hand that has been formed in great realities of the highest catering, never presumptuous however, rather careful to propose easily understandable dishes.

Ottocentodieci is in summary the perfect project for a modern restaurant with precise objectives.
