Coeur de Bois - Cogne (AO)

The Coeur de Bois Restaurant is based in Cogne, inside the Hotel Miramonti, about which lemilleUnanotte publishes a rich Reportage.

Its dining rooms are furnished with 18th-century fir wood paneling, antique furniture and paintings.

The atmosphere is overall warm, elegant, and muffled. L'Etoile is the largest room, named for the walnut stars carved into the ceiling.

Territorial cuisine with a few creative touches is offered at Coeur de Bois, carefully executed in a setting of refined elegance.

The Cellar offers a fine selection of labels from the territory and beyond.
