Il Gallo della Checca, a truffle restaurant with its own Tartufaia as well as an osteria and wine shop since 1986, is located in Ranzo, a small inland Ligurian village on the border with Piedmont. Madonna della Neve, Ristorante Albergo since 1952, is a treasured address where one does not happen by chance.
Situated in a secluded location among the hills of the Langa Astigiana, the restaurant is part of the small complex that includes the old farmhouse, which has been completely renovated, with its 9 guest rooms, and the small church of the "Madonna della Neve" shrine.
