Arburent, Osteria di Confine - Castelnuovo Scrivia (AL)

The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Ristorante Caciucco - Torino

Caciucco Restaurant is located in Turin's Borgo Vittoria with ample parking facilities.

The exterior overlooks a large corner sidewalk widening that houses the summer patio.

The interior is cozy and well-kept, with an open kitchen next to the bar counter and a few touches of color given by the burgundy drapes.

At the Caciucco restaurant you will taste a predominantly seafood cuisine executed with originality and beautiful hand, dishes composed of the freshest ingredients assembled with extreme cleanliness.

Giuseppe Zangari shows that he has very precise ideas on how to prepare and present his creations, which in the tasting menu follow each other harmoniously with textures and flavors that are sharp, precise and well assorted.

The treat of some finished dishes in the dining room adds that extra touch almost of yesteryear to the overall experience.
