The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Eredi Borgnino "the new frontier of gourmet," is centrally located in Turin on the elegant Via della Rocca, just a few meters from Piazza Vittorio.

Eredi Borgnino's long journey began in 1908 as importers of excellent dried fruits and spices from around the world.

The place from the entrance is a true boutique made of colors, smells and flavors inside which you can live a Gourmet Experience.


Eredi Borgnino can be considered the standard bearer in Turin of a surely successful concept, an iconic and very trendy gastronomic Cocktail Bistro.

We tasted real, delicious and well-curated dishes there, with the unmistakable oriental notes of some of Credenza Group Chef Igor Macchia's preparations, and with the search for the right ingredient and gourmet pairing.
