Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. LangOtto Ristorante - Novello (CN)











LangOtto is the name of Chef Otto Lucà's gourmet restaurant in Novello, in the heart of the Langhe.

The restaurant has been customized with a few well-calibrated touches. The rectangular-development dining room, well furnished with modern artwork throughout, overlooks the Novello vineyards with windows and small balconies.


Langhe and Piedmontese dishes cooked with French techniques: this is the summary of what you will experience at LangOtto, an excellent Langa restaurant led by a young, ambitious, talented and motivated chef.

Beginning with an impeccably executed foie gras, there are many dishes to remember, which, moreover, are renewed at a rapid pace.

Otto Lucà, along with a state-of-the-art technique, possesses the not inconsiderable gift of balance, which leads him to cook calibrated dishes built on great raw material with simple and precise ideas.

Elisa Andreotti's input in the dining room is instrumental in pairing the dishes with a very well-rounded cellar.
