Agua Bistro' del Mare - Bordighera (IM)

Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Glozo Restaurant is based in Mortara within the Glozo Resort Villa Sant'Espedito. An ambitious location, appropriate to the quality of the cuisine and the expectations of the clientele. The Villa with Park, formerly a hotel facility with a restaurant, has been rethought in every detail to transform it into an enticing "gourmet resort."


Glozo Restaurant's dining room is blazing with light, intimate and elegant, with wide, widely spaced tables, light hues, a central decor fireplace.


The young and motivated brigade already operates in perfect synchrony, reserving for the guest the pampering and attention that distinguishes a classy establishment.

Chef Daniele Fasullo has a fine hand, which is noted for modern technique and some oriental influences.The flavors of his dishes are sharp, precise and calibrated, the ingredients of the highest qulity and very well assorted.

There is good drinking, thanks to an intelligently assorted Cantina, which includes some goodies and niche labels.
