Officine del Cibo - Sarzana (SP)

Officine del Cibo, a contemporary pizza gastronomic project by Chef Giacomo Devoto of Locanda de' Banchieri, is based in Sarzana, in the middle of Lunigiana.

The venue, which has ample parking facilities, is a modern building that is easy to reach coming from the highway exit.

The interior is airy and comfortable, with the rooms located just beyond the bar and bakery counters. The furnishings play on colorful and witty details.

An award-winning gourmet pizzeria, Officine del Cibo is a must-visit stop for sampling contemporary pizza of absolute quality.

Here you'll find the flavors of Ligurian tradition paired with true Neapolitan pizza, offered both in its most classic liveries and with modern, ever-evolving doughs and baking cuts, including gluten-free.

A winning formula that is the fruit of the encounter between the passion and technique of Gianmarco Ferrandi and the food culture of Giacomo Devoto.
There is good drinking, with the possibility of both beer and wine pairing.
