Marco Polo - Ventimiglia (IM)

The Marco Polo restaurant, run for three generations by the Pani family, is located in a beautiful seafront position on the Ventimiglia promenade. The place is unmistakable: a building entirely made of wood, like a chalet, which stands out among the other signs of the beach establishments. The interiors are also completely made of wood: the overall atmosphere, warm and welcoming, may initially amaze with its originality in the context. The entrance precedes the two dining rooms. San Quintino Resort - Busca (CN)

San Quintino Resort, Country Inns & Suites with Gourmet Restaurant, is located in the Busca countryside, where the plain gives way to the first mountain slopes.

Alessandro Degiovanni and Sandra Dogliani have transformed the former estate of the Marquis d'Azeglio into a charming, secluded and tranquil wood and stone structure with the appeal of fine dining.

Walking through the entrance, you are immersed in a refined, warm and atmospheric atmosphere, thanks to a clever combination of wood, stone, exposed brick and many tastefully chosen touches.

To reach the dining room, pass through the reception area.

The main dining room is preceded by a small room with a sitting area and fireplace.

Stone floors and characteristic brick vaulted ceilings stand out, enhanced by pleasant lighting.

The transition to the main dining room is highlighted by the floors, which continue with warm natural hardwood parquet.

With the return to Italy of the Japanese chef Masayuki Kondo, the cuisine of the San Quintino Resort has gained a star that makes a visit to the restaurant essential and exciting for every gourmet: we have experienced captivating dishes, created with the use of ingredients of the highest quality, ranging with ease from the land to the sea, with successful oriental contaminations and original, and in some cases surprising, combinations aimed at enhancing the flavors to the maximum.

Special mention should be made of Giulia's kindness and expertise, who will make you drink beautifully from a cellar selected with intelligence and passion.

The restaurant and its Relais are certainly worth a special trip to discover a cuisine capable of giving emotions, offering a stimulating digression from the main traffic routes of the Cuneo area.
