The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Club House - Porto Ercole (GR)

Club House is the informal Restaurant of the prestigious Argentario Golf & Wellness Resort, Autograph Collection of which lemilleUnanotte publishes a rich report. Located right next to the Golf Club and the golf course, it is the classic Italian Cuisine Restaurant in which to enjoy impeccably crafted traditional specialties.
The interiors hark back to the tradition of historic Anglo-Saxon golf clubs, enriched with contemporary details and references to the décor of the resort's fine dining restaurant, Checkers-Dames.
A relaxing restaurant with a remarkable selection of Italian and traditional Tuscan cuisine, the Club House is definitely worth a visit.
From a menu masterfully prepared by Executive Chef Emiliano Lombardelli and confidently executed by sous-chef Salem Maalel, you will taste the excellence of all that the Territory has to offer.
Most of the ingredients are Km 0 or come directly from the Resort's garden. We drank very well, thanks to a Cellar that includes some real "goodies" from the Region.
