The name "Arburent" for the new "Osteria di Confine" by Federico Costa is a choice that encompasses the philosophy of the restaurant: an Osteria that celebrates the beauty of borders, understood not as separation, but as a union of traditions and flavors, and the multiple family roots of the Chef, who has grandparents from Val Borbera, Tortona, Lombardy and Veneto. The interiors of the venue are the result of a careful, radical renovation of the pre-existing hairdressing salon. The result is warm, welcoming and full of character, with bold but restful colours. Arburent is a pleasant modern tavern with a new generation concept. The cuisine of its Chef and owner Federico Costa is based on selected ingredients, seasonality and attention to detail. Ristorante Villa Fontana - Agliano Terme (AT)

The Villa Fontana Restaurant is located within the magnificent Relais Villa Fontana reviewed in lemilleUnanotte, situated in a splendid panoramic position on the hillside of Agliano Terme. Derived from a pair of stately manor houses from the last century that have undergone exquisite conservative renovation, it is a delightful place, beautiful and evocative in every season, framed by the hills of the Langhe and Monferrato UNESCO World Heritage Site.
The entrance is common to that of the hotel: a warm and welcoming reception area of great character, with the attraction of the still-functioning corner well, which is followed by the sitting room with a fireplace. Thanks to expert restoration work, ancient and modern blend with great harmony. The dining room is a spectacular veranda overlooking the panoramic terrace with views of the hills, parquet floors, and tables served by comfortable chairs, set with class.
The Gastronomic Restaurant of Villa Fontana is a small reality of excellent local cuisine, set in a true gem of niche hospitality such as the Relais that hosts it.
A focus has been placed on quality and pampering, thanks to an exceptional location: guests of the Relais and outside bookings enjoy, in a tasteful and classy corner, a really well-crafted local cuisine, with the use of the freshest raw materials, many of which come from the Villa's magnificent vegetable garden, which stands out in the park with its characteristic circular shape divided into wedges. Not to be outdone is the Cantina, which makes the most of the realities of the area, many of them niche.
