Marco Polo - Ventimiglia (IM)

The Marco Polo restaurant, run for three generations by the Pani family, is located in a beautiful seafront position on the Ventimiglia promenade. The place is unmistakable: a building entirely made of wood, like a chalet, which stands out among the other signs of the beach establishments. The interiors are also completely made of wood: the overall atmosphere, warm and welcoming, may initially amaze with its originality in the context. The entrance precedes the two dining rooms. Ostu Bistrot - Savigliano (CN)

Ostu Bistrot, an establishment with a long tradition, is located in the heart of Savigliano, served by a convenient large parking lot in the immediate vicinity.
The interior is modern and pleasant, with distinguishing elements such as vaulted brick ceilings.
The single square room is complemented by the garden where tables are set under large umbrellas in summer.
We were completely won over by Ostu Bistrot's fresh and modern cooking, which truly excels in its perfectly balanced flavors and combinations.
Sol, who actually started from the bottom and worked her way up to take over the kitchen, shows off clear ideas and fantastic technique. Her dishes are full of personality and substance, and she's already getting great reviews from critics. When you combine that with Francesco's incredibly well-run dining room and wine program, Ostu Bistrot becomes an absolutely must-visit spot!
