Agua Bistro' del Mare - Bordighera (IM)

Agua Bistro' del Mare was born in 2009 from an offshoot of "La Via Romana", where chef Pino Franzé had obtained the coveted Michelin star. The first location in the Sant'Ampelio bathing establishment was subsequently moved to the beautiful seaside promenade, which today it overlooks with a pleasant terrace. The interiors are divided into a single airy room, with modern furnishings and marble floors. The terrace with sea view is a fundamental resource during the summer. Pino Franzé's is a very fresh fish cuisine, treated with simplicity, harmony and elegance: tasty, rich and inviting dishes, which satisfy the appetite and invite you to return. Antica Trattoria Cirio - Torino

The ancient Trattoria Cirio is located in Turin in a beautiful area between the Po river and the hill in rooms rethought with the furnishings and atmospheres of the old Piedmontese trattorias. At the entrance, the inevitable solid wood serving counter, overlooking the first room furnished with boiserie and old-fashioned wallpaper.
The second rectangular dining room has wooden floors and lighting entrusted to old -style suspension lamps.
We met Federico Allegri at his beginnings as Chef, when he opened his restaurant in Rivoli, at the gates of Turin.
We find him today, again in Turin, after a long international path that transformed him into an entrepreneur.
His personal vision of modern cuisine is to tie it to classic recipes from all over the world: and here is explained, in the menu of its local, the French Oignon and the English pot pye, proposed alongside great classics of the Piedmontese and Turin tradition...
At the ancient Trattoria Cirio we have therefore experienced a varied and interesting tasting, with really well performed and attractive dishes.
