Li Jalantuùmene restaurant overlooks the characteristic Piazza de' Galganis, a sixteenth-century gem in the heart of the historic center of Monte Sant'Angelo, in the heart of the Gargano Park. The external walls with portions of light stone and the clean lines of the building integrate perfectly with the surrounding whiteness of the Junno district. Dal menu “On the way”, è uno dei piatti più rappresentativi dello Chef. Nel servizio “in crosta”, da una ricetta di origine francese, sono presenti tutte le parti dell’agnello. Le costolette, passate in padella con gli aromi dell’orto e lasciate correttamente “riposare” sono servite con jus versato al tavolo. Il gelato alla Grappa e pepi vari, con il suo contrasto inusuale, ha il compito di eleva il piatto ad un livello superiore.
